STATEMENT OF TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY

I value the emotional and financial investment of every patient in their treatment journey. In return, I am committed to providing efficient and high quality care. I want to understand who you are, your family, your social situation, and your goals. Regarding your treatment, I believe that while medication can be extremely helpful and necessary at times, modifying other things such as activities, lifestyle, support, academics, and social environment can be instrumental so I will explore these areas as well as we discuss treatment goals together. Everyone’s journey is unique and there is no “quick fix,” but working within a team makes this journey more approachable. I am looking forward to assisting you in this process.

In keeping with this philosophy, preparatory materials to include consent forms, instructions (creating patient portal account, telehealth visit setting, uploading documents to patient portal, etc..) will be provided when a New Patient Visit is confirmed. These documents and steps must be completed prior to your first visit to ensure clinical visits are dedicated to your treatment while always maintaining HIPAA compliance. In addition to this, prior to every appointment you will typically have a set of questionnaires to complete to assist with tracking your treatment progress.

Working with you as you navigate challenges and build strong foundations.

We look forward to meeting you!
